Red Lobster Bay Shrimp Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 2 tablespoons Shallots cut into 1/8-inch dice
- 1/2 cup White Wine
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 2 tablespoons Red Lobster's Cajun Seasoning or other Cajun Seasoning of choice
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped Parsley
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
Instructions
- Add oil to a sauté pan. Place over medium heat.
- When oil is hot and shimmering, add shallots. Sauté shallots until translucent.
- Add white wine. Simmer until reduced by 2/3.
- Add heavy cream. Simmer until reduced by 1/3.
- Add seasoning, parsley and sour cream. Simmer 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and serve over shrimp or other seafood (See Box Below for a Link to Red Lobster Louisiana Lacy's Catfish) or as a dipping sauce for fish, shrimp, fried oysters, onion rings and more .
