Rudy's Country Store & Bar-B-Q Roasted BBQ Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
- 2 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Sweet Paprika
- 3/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 10 large red skinned Potatoes about 5 pounds, cut into quarters
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Add the first 8 ingredients, Chili Powder, Onion Powder, Garlic Salt, Sugar, Paprika, Salt and Cayenne Pepper, to large bowl. Mix well to combine.
- Add prepared potatoes. Toss to coat fully.
- Transfer potatoes to large rimmed baking sheet, spreading potatoes evenly. Sprinkle any spice mixture remaining in the bowl over the potatoes. No need to waste any of that goodness!
- Place potatoes in preheated oven. Bake, stirring around every 15 minutes or so, until brown and tender, about 55 minutes.
