Chili's Texas Cheese Fries Recipe
Make our Chili's Texas Cheese Fries Recipe at home. With our Secret Restaurant Recipe your Texas Cheese Fries will taste just like Chili's.
Yield: 6 People
Ingredients
- 1 package Bacon
- 1 bag frozen Steak Fries
- 1 bag shredded Cheese Blend of choice
- 1 jar Jalapeño Slices
- Ranch Dressing, store bought or homemade, of choice (See Box Below for Links to Recipes), to serve
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Line strips of bacon on a cookie sheet. Bake until crispy.
- Remove sheet from oven (leave oven on) and set bacon aside to cool. When cool to the touch, crumble bacon. Set aside.
- Cook fries as desired according to instructions on bag.
- Pile fries on an oven-safe serving plate.
- Add a thick layer of cheese on top of fries.
- Scatter jalapeños and crumbled bacon on top of cheese.
- Place in oven (reset to 350°F if changed to cook fries) and bake until the cheese melts.
- Serve with ranch salad dressing on the side.
