Applebee's Shrimp and Parmesan Sirloin Recipe
Ingredients
- 8 ounces small to medium Shrimp peeled, deveined and tails removed
- One 9-ounce Sirloin Steak
- 1 teaspoon Cajun Spices of choice
- 3 ounces shredded Italian Cheese Blend
- 3 ounces shredded Asiago Cheese
- 3 ounces shredded or grated Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
- Place shrimp in a medium bowl. Add Cajun spices. Mix well. Set aside for 10 minutes.
- Grill sirloin done to your preference. (See Steak Degrees of Doneness Box below for Cooking Temperatures). Set aside and keep warm.
- Grill shrimp until done (pink), about 5 minutes. Set aside and keep warm.
- Add Italian, Asiago and Parmesan to a microwave-safe medium bowl. Mix well.
- Place in microwave and melt.
- Place sirloin on a plate.
- Top with shrimp.
- Drizzle cheese mixture over top.
- Serve hot.

- Rare: 95 – 105°F. Cool deep red center.
- Medium Rare: 115 – 125°F. Warm red center with a hint of pink.
