Ingredients

  • 8 ounces small to medium Shrimp peeled, deveined and tails removed
  • One 9-ounce Sirloin Steak
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun Spices of choice
  • 3 ounces shredded Italian Cheese Blend
  • 3 ounces shredded Asiago Cheese
  • 3 ounces shredded or grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  • Place shrimp in a medium bowl. Add Cajun spices. Mix well. Set aside for 10 minutes.
  • Grill sirloin done to your preference. (See Steak Degrees of Doneness Box below for Cooking Temperatures). Set aside and keep warm.
  • Grill shrimp until done (pink), about 5 minutes. Set aside and keep warm.
  • Add Italian, Asiago and Parmesan to a microwave-safe medium bowl. Mix well.
  • Place in microwave and melt.
  • Place sirloin on a plate.
  • Top with shrimp.
  • Drizzle cheese mixture over top.
  • Serve hot.
