Bob Evans Cole Slaw Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vinegar
- 1 dash (1/8 teaspoon) Tabasco Sauce
- Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper to taste
- 2 cups finely minced Cabbage
- 1 raw Carrot minced fine
- 1 large Dark Green Kale leaf minced to size of confetti
Instructions
- Place mayonnaise, milk, sugar, vinegar, Tabasco, salt and pepper into a medium mixing bowl. Whisk to mix well. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrot and kale leaves.
- Add mayonnaise mixture to cabbage mixture. Toss to mix well.
- Store in a tightly covered container, in the refrigerator, for at least 4 hour or overnight, until ready to serve.
