Ruby Tuesday Grilled Asparagus Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pound thick Asparagus Spears tough bottom ends removed
- 1 - 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- Kosher Salt
Instructions
- Preheat your grill for high, direct heat.
- Place the asparagus in a large serving bowl.
- Add olive oil. Toss to coat.
- Sprinkle salt, tossing as you do to coat evenly.
- Place asparagus spears on hot grill. Cook for 5 - 10 minutes, turning them every few minutes so that they brown relatively evenly, until nicely charred and just fork tender.
- Remove from grill into same bowl you mixed them in earlier or a clean serving platter.
- Serve or at room temperature.
