Golden Corral Fried Chicken Livers Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pound Chicken Livers
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- Freshly ground Black Pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- Rinse livers under running water. Pat dry with paper towels.
- Cut cleaned livers into smaller or bite-sized pieces.
- Place flour, garlic salt and pepper, to taste, into a re-sealable plastic bag. Shake to mix.
- Place livers into bag. Shake to coat livers with spices and flour.
- Pour oil into a medium skillet. Place over medium heat.
- When oil is hot and shimmering, arrange pieces of liver in the skillet in a single layer. Do not crowd.
- Fry about 3 minutes, or until the bottoms turn light brown. Turn over and fry the other side about 3 minutes, or until browned.
- Remove to a paper towel-covered plate to drain.
- Repeat with remaining livers until they are all cooked.
- Serve hot.
