Red Lobster Grilled Salmon with Honey Dijon Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons Honey
- 4 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 4 tablespoons warm Water
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 3 teaspoons Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper to taste
- Four 8-ounce Salmon Fillets
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil as needed
Instructions
Sauce
- In a small bowl, combine honey, Dijon mustard, water, 1 tablespoon olive oil, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Whisk to mix well.
- Store in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator, until ready to use up to a month.
Salmon
- Brush salmon fillets with 2 tablespoons olive oil.
- Place on a medium hot grill and cook 3 - 5 minutes on one side. Turn over. Brush with prepared Honey Dijon Sauce. Grill for 3 - 5 minutes until fish is done and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with extra Honey Dijon Sauce on the side.
