Applebee's Black Bean and Corn Salsa Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups fresh Corn, cut from cob or 1 1/2 cups canned Corn Kernels, drained
- 1 cup canned Black Beans rinsed
- 1 sweet Red Pepper chopped
- 1 Jalapeño seeded and finely chopped
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed Lime Juice
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh Cilantro
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place all prepared ingredients into a large bowl. Mix well.
- Place bowl, covered, in the refrigerator, for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to blend or until ready to serve.
- Store in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator, for up to 3 days.
