Ruby Tuesday
Ruby Tuesday offers primarily American cuisine, including all-natural chicken, pasta, pork ribs, soups, steak, and seafood. However, the brand is still commonly recognized for their salad bar and hamburgers, which have been staples to the chain since its creation. All of the restaurants also offer a full bar that serves cocktails, beer, and wine.
Yes, the restaurant’s name does come from The Rolling Stones song, “Ruby Tuesday”, which was popular during the time of the first restaurant’s inception. The name was suggested to founder Sandy Beall by Bob Hope.

Chocolate Lava Cakes
Chocolate Lava Cakes, a decadent dessert indulgence, have become a beloved classic in the realm of sweet treats. The magic of these individual-sized desserts lies in their irresistibly gooey and molten chocolate center, creating a luscious contrast to the outer layer of cake.
Originating in the 1980s, these cakes quickly gained popularity for their ability to deliver a rich and intense chocolate experience. The preparation involves baking a chocolate batter until the outer layer is set, leaving the center delightfully liquid. The result is a symphony of textures and flavors that captivate chocolate enthusiasts.
Chocolate Lava Cakes are often served warm, enhancing the sensory pleasure of the molten center. They are commonly accompanied by a dusting of powdered sugar, a scoop of vanilla ice cream, or a drizzle of raspberry sauce, elevating the overall experience.
These indulgent desserts have transcended their humble beginnings to become a staple in upscale restaurants and home kitchens alike. Their allure lies not only in their sumptuous taste but also in the theatrical moment of cutting into the cake, revealing the velvety flow of molten chocolate. Chocolate Lava Cakes continue to captivate dessert lovers, offering a luxurious and memorable finale to any meal.
