Red Robin Banzai Burger Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 cups Teriyaki Sauce divided into 2 separate bowls
- Two 1/3 pound ground Hamburger Meat Patties
- 2 - 4 Pineapple Rings
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 2 Sesame Seed Buns
- 1/2 cup shredded Lettuce
- 4 slices Tomato
- 2 - 4 slices Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
- Place hamburger patties in one bowl of teriyaki sauce and all pineapple rings in second bowl of teriyaki sauce. Set aside to marinate for 30 minutes.
- Remove burger patties from bowl.
- Grill over high heat until done to an internal temperature of at least 165°F.
- Melt cheddar cheese on top of patty while still on grill pan by covering with lid.
- Grill pineapple ring on medium heat for 1 minute on each side
- Spread mayonnaise on both halves of the buns.
- Place tomato slices on bottom buns,.
- Top with hamburger patty with cheese.
- Stack pineapple ring on top of burgers.
- Cover with shredded lettuce.
- Put the two together and serve hot.
