- 4 cups Teriyaki Sauce divided into 2 separate bowls
- Two 1/3 pound ground Hamburger Meat Patties
- 2 - 4 Pineapple Rings
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 2 Sesame Seed Buns
- 1/2 cup shredded Lettuce
- 4 slices Tomato
- 2 - 4 slices Cheddar Cheese
Place hamburger patties in one bowl of teriyaki sauce and all pineapple rings in second bowl of teriyaki sauce. Set aside to marinate for 30 minutes.
Remove burger patties from bowl.
Grill over high heat until done to an internal temperature of at least 165°F.
Melt cheddar cheese on top of patty while still on grill pan by covering with lid.
Grill pineapple ring on medium heat for 1 minute on each side
Spread mayonnaise on both halves of the buns.
Place tomato slices on bottom buns,.
Top with hamburger patty with cheese.
Stack pineapple ring on top of burgers.
Cover with shredded lettuce.
Put the two together and serve hot.
