Houlihan's Restaurant & Bar Watermelon Martini Cocktail Recipe
Make this Straight-From-the-Restaurant Houlihan's Restaurant & Bar Watermelon Martini Cocktail Recipe at home and your Watermelon Martini Cocktail will taste just like Houlihan's Restaurant & Bar.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 Ketel One Vodka or other Vodka of choice
- 3/4 Watermelon Schnapps
- 1/2 Cranberry Juice
- 1/2 Simple Syrup
- 1 Lemon Wedge to rim glass
- Fine Sugar to rim glass
Instructions
- Into a saucer or small plate, pour out enough sugar to cover bottom in a thin layer.
- Run lemon wedge around a Martini, Coupe or other glass.
- Turn glass upside down and set into sugar on plate to coat rim. Move it around a bit to get a good, even cover. Set aside.
- To an ice-filled shaker, add vodka, schnapps, cranberry and simple syrup. Shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into prepared glass.
- Serve.
