Moe's Original BBQ Spinach Dip Recipe
Make our Moe's Original BBQ Spinach Dip Recipe at home. With our Secret Restaurant Recipe your Spinach Dip will taste just like Moe's Original BBQ.
Yield: 1 Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds frozen Spinach thawed and drained
- 2 packs Dry Vegetable Soup Mix
- 1 small Onion peeled and finely diced
- 16 ounces Sour Cream
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 small can diced Water Chestnuts
- Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients, except salt and pepper, in a medium bowl. Mix well.
- Taste. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
- Store in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator, for at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
- Remove from refrigerator and stir. Place in a serving dish, if desired.
- Serve cold with bread slices, tortilla chips, pita chips, toasted baguette slices and/or other dippers.
