Bob Evans Cherry Cobbler Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 stick Salted Butter
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Baking Powder
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 2 cans Cherry Pie Filling
- Powdered Sugar to dust
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place butter in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
- Place pan in oven. Heat just until butter has melted. Remove from oven. Leave oven on.
- In a medium bowl, add sugar, flour, salt, baking powder and milk. Mix well. Mixture will be thin.
- Pour mixture over melted butter.
- Pour both cans of cherry pie filling over top of flour mixture. Do not stir of mix.
- Place back in hot oven and bake for 50 to 60 minutes, until golden brown.
- Dust of powdered sugar.
- Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
