Rock Bottom Brewery Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
- 5 pounds Yukon Gold Potatoes
- 4 ounces Sour Cream
- 4 ounces Butter
- 8 ounces White Cheddar Cheese
- 4 ounces Heavy Cream
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place potatoes in a large pot. Add enough water to cover.
- Place on stove over medium high heat.
- Boil potatoes in water until fork tender.
- Remove from heat and drain well.
- In a metal bowl, hand mash potatoes with sour cream, cold butter, cheese and cream.
- Taste. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
