Make our The Melting Pot Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette Recipe at home. With our Secret Restaurant Recipe your Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette will taste just like The Melting Pot.
Yield: 1 Bottle
Ingredients
- 1 cup Raspberry Jam store bought or homemade, of choice
- 1/4 cup Cold Water
- 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Walnut Oil
- Kosher Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup Canola Oil
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl combine jam, water, vinegar, walnut oil, salt and pepper. Whisk to mix well.
- Very slowly drizzle in canola oil, whisking constantly, until blended.
- Store in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator, until ready to serve, up to 3 weeks.
