Blue Mesa Grill Lime Dressing Recipe
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 Shallot minced
- 1/4 cup finely chopped Cilantro
- 3/4 cup Canola Oil
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed Lime Juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- Place garlic, shallot, cilantro, oil, lime juice and salt in a small bowl. Mix well.
- Taste. Adjust seasoning, to taste, if needed.
- Use immediately, or store in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator, until ready to serve. Shake well before using.
