McCormick & Schmick Iceberg Wedge Salad Recipe
Ingredients
- McCormick & Schmick Blue Cheese Salad Dressing (See Box Below for a Link to our Recipe)
- 1 head Iceberg Lettuce
- 1 cup diced Tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Red Onion chopped
- 6 slices cooked Bacon crumbled
- 1/2 cup Blue Cheese crumbled
Instructions
- Prepare McCormick & Schmick Blue Cheese Salad Dressing according to recipe linked to in the box below. Set aside to chill.
- Slice iceberg lettuce into quarters through the stem end. Cut the stem off of the wedges.
- Arrange one on each of four serving plates, cut side up (See the photo above).
- Pour a generous helping McCormick & Schmick Blue Cheese Salad Dressing over each, to taste (See the photo above).
- Sprinkle diced tomato evenly over wedges.
- Sprinkle onions evenly over wedges.
- Sprinkle bacon crumbles evenly over wedges.
- Sprinkle blue cheese evenly over wedges.
- Serve immediately.
