Ingredients

• 8 ounces Sour Cream
• 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
• Old Bay Seasoning to taste
• 1/2 cup finely chopped Celery
• 1/4 cup finely chopped Onion
• 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
• 1 pound Crab Meat flaked and picked over

Instructions

• Add sour cream, cream cheese and Old Bay Seasoning to a food processor or a medium mixing bowl. Process or beat with an electric mixer on low speed until creamy.
• Remove from processor to a mixing bowl, if using.
• Stir in celery, onion and lemon juice. Mix well.
• Fold in crab meat.
• Place in a serving bowl and serve with crackers or chips.
• If making in advance, store in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator, until ready to serve.
