Maggiano's Little Italy Lemon Drop Martini Cocktail Recipe
Make this Straight-From-the-Restaurant Maggiano's Little Italy Lemon Drop Martini Cocktail Recipe at home and your Lemon Drop Martini Cocktail will taste just like Maggiano's Little Italy.
Yield: 1 Cocktail
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Granulated Sugar
- Lemon Wedges
- 1 1/2 ounces Absolut Citron Vodka or other Citron Vodka of choice
- 1/2 ounce Cointreau
- 2 ounces Sour Mix store bought or homemade, of choice
Instructions
- Place sugar on a plate. Spread out to make a thin layer.
- Rub the rim of a chilled Martini, Coupe or other cocktail glass with 1 lemon wedge.
- Invert the glass onto the sugar. Press slightly to coat the rim. Set glass aside.
- To an ice-filled shaker, add vodka, Cointreau and sour mix. Shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into prepared glass.
- Serve immediately.
