P.F. Chang's Shanghai Cucumbers Recipe
Ingredients
- 12 ounces Cucumbers peeled, seeded, cut in 1/2 and cut into 1 inch pieces (See photo above)
- 1/2 teaspoon Toasted Sesame Seeds
Sauce
- 1 1/2 ounce Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon White Vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon Sesame Oil
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine sauce ingredients, soy sauce, white vinegar and sesame oil. Mix well with a whisk.
- Place prepare cucumbers in a large bowl.
- Pour sauce over cucumbers. Toss to evenly coat.
- Evenly sprinkle sesame seeds over top.
- Serve.
