Genghis Grill Red Curry Peanut Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1/8 cup Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Sesame Seed Oil
- 2 tablespoons Molasses
- 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Ginger
- 1/8 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon Chili Pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon Garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon Lemongrass
- 2 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon dried Chives
Instructions
- Add soy sauce, water, vinegar, sesame seed oil and molasses to a large bowl. Stir to blend thoroughly.
- Add peanut butter, sugar, ginger, brown sugar, chili pepper, garlic, lemongrass, onion powder and dried chives. Whisk or blend all ingredients for about 3 to 5 minutes, or until the sugar dissolves and peanut butter is incorporated into the liquid ingredients.
- Cover and let rest for at least 30 minutes on the counter before using it in a recipe.
- If not using within an hour of making, or for leftovers, store in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator, until ready to use.
