Carrabba’s Italian Grill Rum Runner Cocktail Recipe
Make our Carrabba’s Italian Grill Rum Runner Cocktail Recipe at home. With our Secret Restaurant Recipe your Rum Runner Cocktail will taste just like Carrabba’s Italian Grill.
Ingredients
- 1 ounce White Rum
- 1/4 ounce Blackberry Brandy
- 1/4 ounce Creme de Banana
- 3/4 ounce Sour Mix store bought or homemade, of choice
- 3/4 ounce Fresh Pressed Pineapple Juice
- 1/4 Grenadine store bought or homemade, of choice
- 1/4 ounce Overproof Dark Rum such as Hamilton 151 or Bacardi 151, to float
- 1 Orange Wedge to garnish
- 1 Cherry to garnish
Instructions
- To an ice-filled shaker, add white rum, brandy, creme de banana, sour mix, pineapple juice and grenadine. Shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into a crushed ice-filled glass.
- Slowly pour overproof rum over top (float). Do not stir.
- Add garnishes
- Serve.
