Bob Evans Sausage Meatball Sub Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pound Bob Evans Italian Sausage Roll
- 1/2 cup Oatmeal
- 2 large Eggs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- One 26-ounce jar Spaghetti Sauce
- 6 Hoagie Buns
- 6 tablespoons grated Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions
- In bowl, combine sausage, oatmeal, eggs and Parmesan cheese.
- Shape mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Place a skillet over medium heat. When hot, cook meatballs until browned and cooked through.
- Reduce heat to low. Add spaghetti sauce. Cook until sauce is hot.
- Spoon meatballs and sauce into buns.
- Top with mozzarella cheese.
