Starbucks Frappuccino Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup cold Double-Strength Coffee or 1 cup fresh cold Espresso
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 3 tablespoons Sugar or to taste
- 2 cups Ice
- 1/8 teaspoon Xanthan Gum or 1 teaspoon dry Pectin to keep the Frapp from separating and give it a rich, thick mouth-feel. These add no flavor. You can leave either out without affecting the taste.
- Whipped Cream for topping
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or mini-blender and process until the ice is smooth.
- Pour into a cup and top with a generous heap of whipped cream.
