BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse Raspberry Lemon Drop Cocktail Recipe
Make this Straight-From-the-Restaurant BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse Raspberry Lemon Drop Cocktail Recipe at home and your Raspberry Lemon Drop Cocktail will taste just like BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Fine Sugar to rim glass
- 3 freshly cut Lemon Wedges
- 2 ounces Ketle One Citroen Vodka or other Citrus Vodka of choice
- 1/2 ounce Chambord Liqueur
- 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
- Lemon Twist to garnish
Instructions
- Pour sugar out onto a small saucer to form a smooth layer.
- Run one lemon wedge around the rim of a Coupe, Margarita, Nick and Nora or other glass, of choice. Discard wedge.
- Place glass rim-down onto the sugar. Push down lightly and roll glass to fully rim with sugar. Set aside.
- To an ice-filled shaker, add vodka, Chambord and simple syrup.
- Squeeze remaining lemon wedges into shaker. Discard wedges.
- Shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into a Coupe, Martini, Nick & Nora or other glass.
- Garnish with lemon twist.
- Serve.
