Cafe Rio Shredded Chicken Recipe
Make our Cafe Rio Shredded Chicken Recipe at home. With our Secret Restaurant Recipe your Shredded Chicken will taste just like Cafe Rio.
Ingredients
- 1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/2 a small bottle Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1/2 tablespoons minced Garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1/2 tablespoon Ground Cumin
- 2 pounds boneless skinless Chicken Breasts or Thighs
Instructions
- In a cup or small bowl, mix ranch dressing mix with water.
- Add ranch mixture to a crock pot.
- Place all other ingredients, except chicken, in the crock pot. Stir to mix.
- Add chicken. Turn a bit to coat chicken pieces.
- Cook on high 5 - 6 hours or on low 8 hours.
- Remove chicken and shred with fork.
- Serve in salads, burritos, tacos…etc.
