Applebee's Potato Skins Recipe
Ingredients
- 10 Baked Potato Halves
- 1 tablespoon melted Butter
- Seasoned Salt to taste
Filling
- 3/4 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 5 strips cooked Bacon crumbled
- 1 Green Onion sliced thin
Garnish / Dip
- Sour Cream and/or Ranch Dressing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Remove as much of the potato flesh as you can, leaving only the skins. (You know what potato boats look like. Do that.)
- Brush potato shells with butter. Season with salt.
- Place on a baking sheet. Place in preheated oven and bake for 15 - 20 minutes, until nice and crisp.
- Remove potato boats from oven.
- Sprinkle with cheese. Add bacon and onion.
- Place boats back in the oven for 6 - 8 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
- Serve with sour cream and/or ranch dressing
