The Kitchen at Atomic Red Morning Light Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces Smoky Scotch
- 1/2 ounce Campari
- 1/2 ounce Dry Vermouth
- 1/2 ounce Coffee Liqueur
- 2 dashes Bittermens Mole Bitters
- Orange Twist to garnish
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients, except orange twist, to an ice-filled cocktail shaker or mixing glass. Stir briskly until well-chilled.
- Place a large ice cube (or several smaller cubes) into an Old Fashioned, Rocks or other glass.
- Strain cocktail into glass holding a large ice cube.
- Use an atomizer to spray the drink with a smoky scotch or, alternately, drip several drops of scotch atop the drink.
- Garnish with orange twist.
- Serve.
