P.F. Chang's Mojito Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- 5 Mint Leaves
- 3 Limes cut in 1/2
- 3/4 ounce Simple Syrup
- 1 1/2 ounces Light Rum of choice
Instructions
- Place mint leaves in a shaker.
- Squeeze limes over shaker to add juice.
- Gently muddle mint leaves.
- Add ice to fill shaker 1/2 to 3/4 full.
- Add simple syrup and rum.
- Shake until well-chilled.
- Pour, unstained, into a Double Rocks, Beer, Red Solo Cup or other glass. Add more ice to fill, if needed.
- Serve immediately.
