P.F. Chang's Asian Pear Mojito Cocktail Recipe
Make this Straight-From-the-Restaurant P.F. Chang's Asian Pear Mojito Cocktail Recipe at home and your Asian Pear Mojito Cocktail will taste just like P.F. Chang's.
Yield: 1 Cocktail
Ingredients
- 6 Mint Leaves
- 3 Lime Wedges
- 1 ounce Apple Pucker Liqueur
- 1 1/2 ounces Bacardi Limon Rum
- 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
- 1/2 ounce Fresh Pressed Pineapple Juice
- Soda Water to top
- Mint Sprig to garnish
Instructions
- Add mint leaves to a cocktail shaker.
- Squeeze lime wedges into shaker. Discard spent wedges.
- Gently muddle mint leaves.
- Add a handful of crushed ice to shaker.
- Add apple Pucker, rum, simple syrup and pineapple juice. Shake until well-chilled.
- Remove top and pour into a large beer glass.
- Pour in soda water to fill glass.
- Garnish with mint sprig.
- Serve with a straw.
