Moe's Southwest Grill Salsa Verde Recipe
Ingredients
- Three 11-ounce cans Tomatillos
- 1/2 small White Onion cut into chunks
- 3/4 cup Cilantro
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed Lime Juice
- 1/4 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 1/2 medium Jalapeños seeded, cored and chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Pulse to your desired consistency.
- Place, covered, in the refrigerator, for 2 hours or overnight to chill and allow the flavors to blend.
- Stir. Taste. Add salt, to taste, if needed. Stir well.
- Serve with chips.
