Salsarita’s Fresh Cantina Pico de Gallo Recipe
- 6 Roma Tomatoes diced
- 1/2 Red Onion diced
- 2/3 cup fresh Cilantro chopped
- 1 - 2 Jalapeño Peppers diced
- Freshly squeezed Juice of 1 Lime
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- Place all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Mix well.
- Serve immediately with chips or store in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator, until ready to serve, up to 2 days.
