Genghis Grill Island Teriyaki Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1/8 cup fresh pressed Pineapple Juice
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed Lime Juice
- 1/8 cup White Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/8 cup ground Ginger
- 1/8 cup Garlic minced
Instructions
- Add soy sauce, water, pineapple juice, lime juice and white vinegar to a mixing bowl. Whisk to blend thoroughly.
- Add granulated sugar, brown sugar, ginger and garlic to the mixture. Whisk until the sugar completely dissolves into the liquid.
- Store in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator, overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
- Store leftovers in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator for up to a week.
