Bob Evans Pot Roast and Arby’s Horsey Sauce Recipes
This recipe is a good way to use up and enjoy any leftover Pot Roast.

The recipe also calls for Creamy Horseradish Sauce. We are not sure exactly what sauce Bob uses, but we do know that Arby’s Horsey Sauce is delicious on this sandwich. And super easy to make, too.
Bob Evans Pot Roast Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 small Onion sliced thin
- 2 slices Grilled or Toasted Sourdough Bread
- Leftover Pot Roast and Carrots, heated (See Box Above for a link to our Bob Evans Pot Roast Recipe)
- 1 slice American or Swiss Cheese
- Creamy Horseradish Sauce (Arby's Horsey Sauce works well here. See Box Above for a link to our Arby’s Horsey Sauce Recipe)
Instructions
- Grill or fry onion slices until golden brown and fragrant. Set aside.
- Grill or toast the sourdough bread.
- Spread horseradish sauce on one slice of bread.
- Pile on heated pot roast and carrots. Pile them high.
- Cover with grilled onions.
- Top with American or Swiss cheese. Or both - It's your sandwich.
- Place remain slice of sourdough bread on top.
- Cut in 1/2 and serve hot with more Creamy Horseradish Sauce on the side for dipping.
