2slicesGrilled or Toasted Sourdough Bread

1sliceAmerican or Swiss Cheese
Creamy Horseradish Sauce (Arby's Horsey Sauce works well here. See Box Above for a link to our Arby’s Horsey Sauce Recipe)
Instructions
Grill or fry onion slices until golden brown and fragrant. Set aside.
Grill or toast the sourdough bread.
Spread horseradish sauce on one slice of bread.
Pile on heated pot roast and carrots. Pile them high.
Cover with grilled onions.
Top with American or Swiss cheese. Or both - It's your sandwich.
Place remain slice of sourdough bread on top.
Cut in 1/2 and serve hot with more Creamy Horseradish Sauce on the side for dipping.
