Bob Evans Pot Roast Recipe
Ingredients
- One 2 - 3-pound Beef Roast cut of choice
- 1 cup Baby Carrots
- 1/2 pound Baby Red Potatoes cut into chunks
- One 2/3-ounce package Italian Salad Dressing Mix
- One 1-ounce package Ranch Dressing Mix
- One 1 1/4-ounce package Mushroom Gravy Mix
- 1 cup Water
Instructions
- Place the roast in the center of a slow cooker.
- Arrange carrots and potatoes around the sides.
- In a small bowl, combine dry mixes. Sprinkle over the roast.
- Pour water around the sides.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 - 10 hours.
- Place roast on a work surface. Using a fork, shred roast.
- Pile shredded beef in the middle of a large serving bowl.
- Arrange carrots and potatoes around the sides.
- Spoon a bit of the remaining juice in the slow cooker into the bowl, if desired.
- Serve hot.
