Hawaiian Burgers
Hawaiian Burgers are a tantalizing fusion of flavors that transport your taste buds to the tropical paradise of Hawaii. These burgers feature a succulent beef patty, perfectly grilled to juicy perfection. What sets them apart is the harmonious combination of ingredients like sweet pineapple slices, which add a burst of tropical sweetness, creating a delightful contrast with the savory beef.
The addition of Swiss cheese contributes a creamy and nutty richness that complements the sweetness of the pineapple. To elevate the flavor profile even further, a generous drizzle of teriyaki sauce is applied, infusing the burger with a savory and slightly sweet umami essence that nods to Hawaiian culinary traditions. The teriyaki sauce not only imparts a distinct flavor but also adds a glossy glaze to the burger, enhancing its visual appeal.
Together, these elements create a symphony of tastes – the savory umami of the beef, the sweetness of pineapple, the creamy richness of Swiss cheese, and the flavorful teriyaki sauce. Hawaiian Burgers are a celebration of diverse flavors, making them a unique and unforgettable culinary experience that brings a touch of the tropics to your plate.

NOTES
Hamburger Seasoning - Islands does NOT give out the recipe for -- nor do they sell -- their "secret seasoning." And even Alton cannot find a good recipe for it. We'll keep looking and try to concoct one ourselves.
