The Shed BBQ Sunset Orange BBQ Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup Maple Syrup
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 2 teaspoons Frozen Orange Concentrate
- 1 cup freshly squeezed Orange Juice
- 1 teaspoon Orange Zest
- 1 tablespoon dried minced Onion
- 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons A-1 Steak Sauce, store bought or homemade, of choice (See Box Below for a Link to our Recipe)
- 2 teaspoons prepared Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
- 6 whole Cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a large cooking pot. Mix well.
- Place over medium high heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring often.
- Remove from heat and set aside to cool completely.
- Store in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator, until ready to serve, up to 2 weeks.
