Aladdin's Eatery Hummus Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 can Garbanzo Beans (Chickpeas) rinsed and drained
- 1 can Great Northern Beans
- 1 tablespoons freshly squeezed Lemon Juice to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped Garlic
- Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
- Paprika to sprinkle
- Chopped Parsley to sprinkle
Instructions
- Place garbanzo beans, Great Northern Beans, lemon juice and garlic to a food processor. Process until creamy.
- Taste. Add salt and pepper and more lemon juice, as needed, to taste. Process briefly to blend.
- Transfer the mixture to a medium serving bowl or plate.
- Pour olive oil over top, to taste.
- Sprinkle with paprika and parsley.

This copycat recipe was crap! We are in the process of trying to save the ingredients we used to see if we can make something of it. It didn’t even call for tahini (that’s on me for not noticing the flag right away) – and we burned out our blender trying to make this, as there was not near enough liquid! Ugh!
