Red Lobster Clam Chowder Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 quart Clam Juice
- 1 cup non-fat Dry Milk Powder
- 2/3 cup Flour
- One 14-ounce can Chicken Broth
- 2 ribs Celery chopped fine
- 1 tablespoon dry minced Onion
- One 10-ounce can Clams minced well
- 1 pinch dry Parsley Flakes
- 2 cooked and cooled baked Potatoes peeled and crumbled
- Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In blender put clam juice, milk powder and flour. Blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture into 2 1/2-quart saucepan.
- Place saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken broth. Stir constantly until mixture is thick and smooth. Turn heat to low.
- Add celery, onions, clams, parsley and potatoes. Stir to mix.
- Keep on low heat up to an hour, stirring occasionally.
- Taste. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
