IHOP’s mouthwatering country hash browns’ flavors include:
Ham, Swiss and Mushroom Browns – loaded with sautéed mushrooms, diced ham and melted Swiss and Parmesan cheese. Topped with green onions.
Jack, Cheddar and Bacon Browns – stuffed with chopped hickory-smoked bacon and melted Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses. Topped with sour cream and green onions.
Country Sausage Browns – overflowing with pork sausage links, Cheddar cheese and grilled onions. Topped with creamy country gravy.

IHOP Loaded Hash Brown Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cold Baked Potatoes
- 1/4 cup Cooking Oil
- 2 teaspoons Lawry's Seasoned Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup Ham diced small
- 1/4 cup Mushrooms sliced and sauteed in Butter
- 1/2 cup Swiss Cheese shredded
- 2 Green Onions chopped, to garnish
Instructions
- Leaving the skin on, dice the potatoes into small cubes.
- Pour oil into a large frying pan that has a fitting lid. Place over medium heat.
- When oil is hot and shimmering, add potatoes. Season with seasoning salt. Cook, stirring for 1 - 2 minutes to slightly brown potatoes.
- Add prepared ham and mushrooms. Stir to mix.
- Sprinkle Swiss cheese over top.
- Cover with lid. Simmer for 6 - 8 minutes, until the potatoes are warm and cheese has melted.
- Transfer contents to 2 serving plates. Scatter a bit of green onion over.
- Add 2 IHOP Buttermilk Pancakes and serve hot.
