Bubba Gump Shrimp Company, inspired by the 1994 film “Forrest Gump,” debuted in 1996 on Cannery Row in Monterey, California, as the first, and so far only, casual restaurant chain rooted in a movie.

With over 38 locations, including 22 in the US and 16 internationally, Bubba Gump Shrimp Company offers scratch-made, southern-style comfort cuisine, prominently, as you might guess from the name, featuring shrimp.
