Boston Market Meatloaf
Boston Market failed here in Louisville. They came in a few years ago like gangbusters with 7 or 8 new stores all of the sudden. Then less than a year later, wham, they all closed.
I feel like it had to be bad management or a case of too much, too soon. Because I know they have been successful in a lot of other cities and the food is really good. I hope that one day they may try here again. But until then I can make their heavenly meatloaf at home.

Boston market meat loaf here does not compare to the Boston meat loaf I have had. What I enjoy does not have a red sauce involved and there is no hint of barbecue sauce at all. I have mine served to me with gravey. Maybe I’m mistaken but this recipe is much different than what I have….unless there is another one that I’m not aware of.
