Wagamama Salad Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped Shallots
- 1 inch piece Ginger peeled and grated
- 1 clove Garlic peeled and crushed
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
- 1 tablespoon water
- 3 1/2 ounces Vegetable Oil
- 3 tablespoons Light Soy Sauce
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a bowl or large jar. Whisk together or shake well until mixture is smooth.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Shake or whisk just before using.
