Ingredients

• One 16-inch Pizza Crust store bought or homemade
• 1/2 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
• 1 large Chicken Breast grilled and thinly sliced or torn
• 1/2 small Zucchini very thinly sliced
• 2 cups shredded Mozzarella Cheese
• 2 Green Onions green part only, sliced
• 2 tablespoons diced Red Onion
• 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
• Crushed Red Pepper Flakes to taste
• Additional Sweet Chili Sauce for drizzling

Instructions

• Prepare pizza crust according to recipe or instructions on package.
• Preheat oven to 425°F.
• Spread the sweet chili sauce evenly over the prepared crust.
• Layer on grilled chicken evenly.
• Cover with 1/2 of the zucchini slices.
• Spread evenly with mozzarella cheese.
• Add the remaining zucchini slices.
• Top evenly with green onions, red onions and cheddar cheese.
• Sprinkle with crushed red pepper.
• Drizzle a small amount of sweet chili sauce on top.
• Bake pizza on the middle rack in preheated oven for 12 - 15 minutes, until browned on top and pizza is hot.
• Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before cutting.
• Serve hot.
