Olive Garden Gamberoni All 'Aglio Recipe
Ingredients
- 10 ounces Angel Hair Pasta
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 medium Onion peeled and chopped fine
- 3 cloves Garlic peeled and crushed
- 1 1/2 pounds medium-sized Fresh Shrimp peeled, deveined and tails removed
- 4 ounces Butter
- 1/2 cup White Wine
- 1/3 teaspoon Crushed Red Peppers
- Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper to taste
- Parmesan Cheese grated, to serve
- Finely chopped Parsley to garnish
Instructions
- Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain. Set aside.
- Place oil in a sauté pan. Place over medium heat.
- When oil is hot and shimmering, add onion. Sauté 2 minutes.
- Add garlic. Sauté 1 minute.
- Add prepared shrimp. Cook 1 - 2 minutes. Do not overcook.
- Add butter, wine, red pepper, salt and pepper, to taste.
- Place prepared pasta on serving plates.
- Spoon shrimp over it. Drizzle pan sauce over top.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, to taste and parley.
- Serve hot.
