McCormick & Schmick's Lemon Drop Martini Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Granulated Sugar to rim glass
- 2 Lemon Wedges
- 1 1/2 ounces Citron Vodka
- 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup store bought or homemade
- 1/4 ounce Cointreau
Instructions
- Place sugar on a plate. Spread out to make a thin layer.
- Rub the rim of a chilled Coupe, Martini, Rocks, Nick & Nora or other cocktail glass with 1 lemon wedge.
- Invert the glass onto the sugar. Press slightly to coat the rim.
- To an ice-filled shaker, add vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup and Cointreau. Shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into prepared glass
- Garnish with second lemon wedge.
- Serve immediately.
